Global transportations, logistics and mail processing and delivery have taken a turn for the worse. What was considered ‘normal’ as a waiting time period simply does not exist anymore. So, with this in mind here is what to expect:-if you live inside Europe, I can tell you that a normal waiting period is 2 weeks, maybe a bit more. I have had packages delivered within five days, but others took more time.-if you live in Japan, US and Canada, the waiting period should be about 3 weeks.-if there is more delay, than what I mentioned above, I will work with you in any way that I can from my end to help get through any problems, so that your order reaches you safe and sound. If there is a claim we need to make to the Postal Service, it is I who can do it (even if the package has already reached the US, the USPS won’t accept a claim made by the addressee). In most cases this means that I have to pay 5.00 Euros ($6.00) to open the case, which is something I can live with if it helps you get your order.
