Description: Dress is white and navy blue chevron print. The top section is smocked which means it has little bands of elastic that give it lots of stretch. It will stretch out to a maximum of approximately 15 in. I would guesstimate the length to be about 40 in. Only the top section is stretchy the rest of the dress is not. You'll notice it has a little bit of a ruffle accent along the top edge created by the elastic bands. Also has internal hanger straps. The bottom edge has a stitched line of navy blue. I can't really tell if there's any discoloration in the armpit area because of all the navy blue stripes.
