With emotional intelligence and teacher adjustment as his areas of interest, he has also devised various educational and psychological tests including the Emotional Intelligence Inventory and Teacher Adjustment Inventory.Shubhra Mangal, PhD (Education), is the former principal, professor and the head of the Department of Post Graduate Studies, C.
