Although shipping damage is rare, we highly recommend that our customers thoroughly inspect each shipment just after taking delivery. Returns and Exchanges To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please log in to your account, locate your order, and click "return" from the options. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and all RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of order date. If a return is approved, the purchaser must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number prior to returning the item. To initiate a return, log in to your customer account, and select ''RMA'' from the options under ''My Account''. Return instructions will be sent upon the acceptance of your return. Upon approval the customer must return the goods within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in the return not being honored.
