The second picture is a center back top to bottom hem measurement. If there is a 3rd measurement picture it is the sleeve length from the bottom armpit to cuff (if no picture feel free to request one). PANTS, SHORTS, TROUSERS. = First measurement picture is the waist size across laying flat. The second measurement is of Inseam (crotch to bottom hem). If there is a third picture it is of the total length of the piece. HATS/ACCESSORIES/OTHER ITEMS= See pictures first, many are one size unless listed otherwise or listed on the tag. I will note in additional details paragraph if the item seems smaller than usual or has any specific condition issues. SHOES= Size and Shoe tag will always be pictured with the proper size.
