Description: I am the seller - Ron Stein, the founder and first owner of Lakeshore Record Exchange in Rochester New York from 1980 through 1988, where we were one of the first stores in the U.S. to specialize in the new 1980s heavy metal. We did club shows and in-stores and sponsored the Metallic Overdrive radio show on Friday and Saturday nights. I recently bought a small collection of about 25 pieces of original 1980s heavy metal vinyl from a girl who was one of my regular customers at that time, this piece was part of that collection. This is an ORIGINAL 1984 METAL BLADE RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'Night On Brocken' from progressive metallers Fates Warning . It is Metal Blade Records U.S. catalog number MBR 1025, no UPC bar code. Record comes packaged inside the cover in a thin plastic inner sleeve. THIS LP HAS BEEN PERSONALLY SIGNED ON ITS BACK COVER AS CAN BE SEEN IN MY ACCOMPANYING IMAGE BY ALL FIVE ORIGINAL MEMBERS OF FATES WARNING - THE ALBUM WAS SIGNED FOR ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS DURING AN IN-STORE APPEARANCE AT MY SHOP ON THE DAY MY SHOP PROMOTED A LIVE SHOW WITH FATES WARNING AND HALLOW'S EVE AT THE PENNY ARCADE IN ROCHESTER NY IN 1984. Condition of record is a real nice EX with just a couple of small and light visible surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Condition of SIGNED cover is also EX with just a little contact wear and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Clear plastic inner sleeve is in good shape with no splits or tears, just a few slight wrinkles and creases.
