The adjustable temperature control (95°F -160°F) gives you the flexibility to achieve the best results when drying different foods that need varying temperature settings. SAFETY: If a unit overheats there is a thermal cutout fuse (TCO) in line with the element that will open and render the dehydrator inoperable. This is intentional and is considered a safety feature.
