Description: FELIX THE CAT PENCIL CASE C. 1930'S VINTAGE AMERICAN PENCIL CO? A lower grade example overall. C. 1930's Possibly a bit later. Shows darkening from age. The white stuff is paper stuck to the cover. It may come off but I have not tried. Some wear and tearing to outer cover. But hinges are intact. Snap is intact. Worth cleaning up. But the darkening is oxidation and tanning. That will not get any lighter.
