Description: New with tags. Purchased in Frederic MD 08/97. See pic of bottom with sticker. Comes with red matching shovel. The pail looks new, never used at least. Same with the shovel. No plastic. Hard to find these days, items with no plastic. Both the shovel and pail seem strong and durable. The pail had a wooden handle. Nice colorful fun peice.
