The bulb, fronds, stalk and even the seeds! I mail them in a labeled, resealable baggie. If you don't use them all, you will easily be able to identify them the following year. Many seed sellers don't do that and their seeds are old. I produce small batches and guarantee fresh seeds for every season. When they sell out, they sell out.
