FICUS LYRATA - Dwarf Fiddle Leaf Fig Also known as Bambino, Little Fiddle & Little Sunshine --PLANT CARE-- Light - Needs Bright, Indirect Light. They can even tolerate some sun. Plants that are kept too dark will fail to grow rapidly. You will quickly notice your Lyrata will tend to bend and reach towards the light. Rotate the plant so it needs to bend the opposite way. This will ensure it grows tall and straight. TEMPERATURE - The ideal temperature for your Lyrata to live in is: 55º-85ºF. Any setting below 55ºF will not suffice.Light - Needs Bright, Filtered Light. Will rapidly deteriorate in dim lighting. WATERING - Keep soil evenly moist at all times. (about 2-3x per week) Do not overwater or leave plant sitting in water. FERTILIZER - Feed bi-weekly with a weak green plant liquid solution during the growing season REPOTTING -Change dirt and transplant to a a larger pot annually. This plant naturally wants to become large, and therefore needs both spacial height and room for roots to extend. OTHER - Many people notice that their Ficus Lyrata plant may show brown spots on the foliage or drop it's leaves. Both of these characteristics are natural and are apart of a normal maturing plant as long its as not happening in abundance.
