Description: First National Stores Needle Kit (West Germany, Distributed by Frank Kraus, Los Angeles) - It's always interesting to see the different types of promotional items for businesses and advertisers. This kit was issued by First National Stores, which later became FINAST. This nifty little collectible is in very good, but not perfect, condition. It contains five of nine sewing needles. The threader and promotional item are firmly secured to the holder. The holder front and back sides have approx. 1 1/4" creases at the outer edge. I purchased this item, along with several other needle promotional items from the 1950s and 1960s, but I am UNABLE to determine the actual date of distribution of this collectible - it does not contain manufacturing data. However, from some research, I am surmising it was produced during that time period: the '50s or '60s. Additional scans and/or details can be provided if needed. Shipped by USPS Ground Advantage.
