This is a very good excellent condition set, complete as sold by Fisher Price between 1969 and 1979. I do not hide damaged toys in my lots although some minor dings and scuffs should be expected from toys that are over 40 years old. Complete House set, with extras; custom combo includes:1. Complete set of furniture, in correct colors as originally sold with the house - 3 beds, 2 living room (wing, sofa) chairs and a coffee table, and a dining table with 4 captain's chairs. [These were always sold in some combination of white, brown, and yellow with the Yellow house edition. The beds have replacement craft foam mattresses, since the original foam always deteriorated]2. Staircase with intact litho and door. (This was dropped when they started making the house in a Brown and Blue color.)3. Garage car - single seat - red and white4. Lucky the dog5. Wooden Family - mom, dad, girl, boy - in the colors that were sold with the original 1969-1979 yellow house. 6. Extras: Bathroom, washer & dryer, refrigerator, Baby, complete nursery furniture set (changing table, stroller, cradle, playpen , rocking horse), kids riding toys (airplane, train engine, wagon, horse) - all of these extras are next to and below the people. Everything above the people or the things sold with the standard set back in the 1970s. 7. Minor issue is a slightly bent corner that I repaired with duck tape - last picture . Very Good to Excellent vintage condition overall. THIS INTERIOR IS SPARKLING!!!. No warping of the masonite. As a collector, I was sad about the one bent corner, because this interior and base is one of the nicest I have ever seen, and I would have kept the house for my own collection. Some pieces have mild scuffing or marks. There may be minor dings here and there, as the set is around 50 years old. I do not hide damaged pieces in my lots. I clean everything thoroughly before taking pictures and check again before shipping. Because the Play Family Little People and their accessories were always the same scale, they can be used with most 1960s-early 1990s play sets from that line. The interchangeability in this miniature world is enchanting for kids and inspires their imagination like no other toys. They spend HOURS playing at it. Please inspect all pictures carefully. Smokefree, pet-free home. EVERYTHING gets carefully cleaned before pictures and double checked before shipping. I always clean everything thoroughly - magic erasers, toothbrush, toothpicks, and Q-tip clean - an hour per set is not unusual.
