This piece advertises Driving Club rye whiskey, a popular pre-prohibition liquor brand that doesn't seem to have survived until the end of Prohibition in 1933. The scene depicts three couples on a horse-drawn buggy, celebrating and blowing long trumpets in a park. The sign is housed in a wooden frame and a wire hanger has been affixed to the back for mounting.
