Description: France 1975 MNH Commemorative and Semi-Postal Year Set, P.O. Fresh! All Setenants are intact and souvenir sheets included. Regular issues and precancels are not included. The following stamps by Scott # are included, #1425-59 & B481-8. Technically a couple stamps in the Regions of France issue were issued in 1976 but Scott calls it all one set in 1975 so they are in this year set. The 2025 SCV is $32.90. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed for 30 days from purchase or your full purchase price will be refunded after return of the complete lot. APS member.
