Latin Quarter was Lou Walter's Time Square nightclub and a 50's celebrity hotspot. A letter from agent Freddie Fields to Lou Walters relaying Franks engagement is included, as well as the original contracts rider attachment. Some toning, small tears/holes around edges, light handling wear and light soiling. A scarce signature of Frank in the early stages of his career. Authenticated and encased by PSA DNA.
