Description: The Gibson Girl, Night at the Opera collector doll, authorized by Dana Gibson, great-granddaughter of Charles Dana Gibson. This doll is dressed in a beautiful flowing gown of aqua charmeuse, adorned with delicate lace and more them 500 faux pearls. The doll comes with her accessories, including hand fan, pearl-and -feathers head piece, hand tag, original stand, box, certificate of authenticity with a story card and a big colorful poster/brochure, showing all the exceptional details of this unique doll. Condition is very good, no damage to porcelain parts, elegant hairstyle and makeup, clean gown and intact fingers, amazing gloves sculptured with the look of fine lace applique and molded heels - everything looks wonderful. Overall the doll is close to mint condition. We tried to show all the details/condition in photo gallery for your consideration. The doll soft body looks tilted to the left, to make her pose more impressive. Possibly, this was done by the previous owner (there is a visible sign of some alternation on the back side of her left shoulder - pictured). The box shows some markings and old tape (pictured), branded tissue paper is torn and we added some clean, new white packaging tissue.
