The bottom half of this is lined, so it can easily be worn as a regular dress, but I’m pretty sure this was a part of their beach collection. 100% cotton, new with tags but I noticed when I was taking pics there were a couple of small discolorations. I think they’d probably come out in the wash as they’re pretty minor, but since it still has the tags on I’m leaving as is. There are adjustable tabs as the waist depending on how you’d like the fit. Would also be really cute left open over denim shorts and a swimsuit.
