Description: This hand carved antique panel is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. It is solid walnut stained to a warm dark color. The carving is very deep and three dimensional: notice the fine detail in the Griffins. This panel was originally the center door in a large French buffet. It is in very good antique condition with only minor nick and scratches. Dimensions: 21" tall, 16" wide, 1.25" thick.
