His post-graduation in physical chemistry has been completed in August 1994 with first class from Sardar Patel university. His PhD thesis based on the organo-polymers has received doctorate degree from HNG university. He has qualified UGC-CSIR NET (National Eligibility Test) for lecturership twice in the years of 2000 and 2001 and GSET (Gujarat State Eligibility Test) in 2017. Dr Mukesh Patel is a registered research guide and eight students were supervised for doctoral degree. He has completed three UGC granted research projects including major research projects and published more than 50 international research publications. A parallel learning is maintained by getting degree of Master in Bussiness Administration (MBA) from B K School of Bussiness Administration, Gujarat University.
