Description: Old Vintage Galvanized Gas Can This Antique Gas Can it had a strong gasoline smell when I bought it. I let it sit all winter with floor dry in it to soak up any remaining gas left in the can. Then I soaked and washed with dish soap. It still has a faint gasoline smell but it has been cleaned and well dried out in the sun. Holds liquid - no leaks Holds roughly 5 gallons both lids on top unscrew with no problem 12.5" to the top edge of the can 35" around Handle length 15" Weighs just under 4 lbs This old can has such great rustic farmhouse charm and would be a great accent piece for a living room. I found this one at an estate sale in Buena Vista Colorado. Good Vintage Condition - has some great rust and dents and very faint red paint - see photos
