Description: This is a vintage chrome postcard, unposted and featuring a view of a replica Jain Temple, called the "Gateway to Luck", located at the Castaways Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The temple had originally been used at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. The Castaways Hotel opened in 1963 and was a Polynesian themed hotel and casino. Located at 3320 South Las Vegas Boulevard. It closed and was demolished in 1987. The temple has been reconstructed at the Jain Center of Southern California.
