This report along with the goods are to be sent to GoodState Spare Parts for further warranty procedures. Our warranty does not cover any labour costs, loss of profit, consequential loss or damage, towing or freight expenses, or any other losses or expenses associated with the faulty product(s). Any repairs or work carried out on items purchased without our written consent are the customer's sole responsibility. A warranty will be considered void if a part is dismantled, tampered with, used in modified vehicles, performance or race competitions, or off-road. Our warranty does not cover any claim that is caused by any of the following: incorrect or insufficient fluids or oils, overheating or removed heat tab, improper item installation or application, accident damage, overloading or misuse, unauthorized installation or repairs, or failing to properly maintain the item.
