Description: Hello !Up for sale is a devil of an amazing amp......the Genz Benz El Diablo 60 1x12 valve combo!Has been vouched for by many guitarists on youtube, this amp is arguably the only amp you'll ever need on stage or studio. So many tonal options in one box!The "warm" or clean channel has a gain knob in addition to the channel volume knob. Dedicated 3 band parametric eq and reverb, independent from the dirty channel. This is becoming more apparent to me as a terrific feature. You can really control and make your clean and dirty sounds have their own personality! Only like reverb with your clean channel? You can do that with this amp!!! With lower to middle output pickups, the amp does not seem to break up much, even with the gain turned up. You have to turn up the gain all the way to start getting any crunch from this channel....still sounds very clean but with a little bit of grit and sparkle...perfect for soft/classic rock as well as current pop/soft rock. So much headroom, makes it a perfect platform for any and all of your pedals!The "Hot" or overdrive channel has a push button switchable choice between classic gain and high gain. It also has a texture button, switchable between compressed and dynamic! In addition to an independent channel dedicated 3 band parametric eq and reverb controls, it has a contour knob so you can further shape the mid frequencies even more!Back panel has so many features......effects loop, line out, 2 speaker jacks, output transformer impedance selector for a variety of available speaker cabinet combinations! Tube selector between EL34 and 6L6 with user bias option as well as a "power scaling" type switch that allows you to go from 60 watt pentode mode to 30 watt triode mode! This particular model has a pair of stout 6L6 power tubes. Gives your sound that lovely, rounded Fender glassy clean on the warm channel ! I'm sure you can tweak the hot, or overdrive channel to sound like a high gain Mesa Boogie, but with the dials fairly neutral, the dirty channel on this amp sounds to my ears like a cross between several shades of Marshall and a hot-rodded Fender tweed amp!!!! Most pleasing!!!!Finally, in addition to a master reverb knob, this amp's front panel also has an "attack" switch with attack level knob, for even more compression capabilities ! I believe the attack and texture buttons can also give you a brighter sound with more prescence when pushed in....perfect for standing out in the mix or with a vocalist that's turned up too high in the PA !This guy has 1 12" USA made Eminence speaker, but it is heavy as sin.......resembles a 5150 or 6505+ combo in weight. (Thus the shipping cost.)
