Description: This Antique, Bi-Centennial, Spelter & Glass, Radio Lamp is in Excellent Condition and is Working. It says Bi-Centennial, 1732-1932 on the bottom and Spirit of 76. George Washington was born in 1722 and my investigation on the subject say the celebration was done 1932 for reasons unknown. This Lamp then came out near the end of the Depression era. This must be why it is so RARE. It is 12" wide and 13" tall. Their is a light bulb in the back and a heavy spring wire that keeps the glass reflector in place. The cord seems to be of the 1950's era.
