I have came across many of these clocks in all my years of selling all types of clocks and from personal experience I can tell how well they have been taken care of based off of the color of the paper on the bellow sets, Most of the times I find they have turned yellow or brown simply due to being hung on a wall and exposed to dust etc. These bellows are white as the driven snow, which is telling me that this clock has not seen much life outside its box.
