Description: This one offers a Gilbert American Flyer S gauge #312 Pacific 4-6-2 locomotive and tender. This one runs well in both directions. The reverse unit is fairly consistent, and the smoke unit smokes. Choo-choo sound is functional. The headlamp is also functional. Please note that both trucks on the tender have been converted from link coupler trucks to iron-sintered knuckle coupler type. The wiring harness from the tender to the locomotive has also been replaced. In this process, the engine is directly wired to the tender rather than having a jack panel/plug setup. There are two spots of touch-up on the top of the tender, and the grab rail at the top of the steps on the rear of the tender is missing. TCA #97-45581.
