This number will be provided when you notify us of your intent to return. Packages returned without a Capetown Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will not be accepted. The item must be returned, pre-paid and insured at your expense, via UPS Next Day Air Service. Additionally, it must be returned back to our Atlanta Mail-Order Center with 3 days of the shipper's recorded delivery date. (In other words: if you received the package on Monday, we must get it back by the following wednesday.) Remember: Do not use Federal Express. They do not insure packages.
