Shipping We mainly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ship our orders as they collect from us every day at 4pm. All the orders are recorded when they are collected in order we can prove they have been shipped, this information can be supplied if requested. Tracking numbers are updated when tracked or next day is chosen. We endeavour to ship everything within one working day but sometimes this can take an extra day. Delivery to specific areas Please note that some areas we are unable to deliver to due to them been classed as "out of area" such as off shore islands and remote areas. If this is the case we will inform you and immediately issue a refund. Returns Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the receipt of an item. Our returns procedure Please follow the eBay returns procedure if you need to return the item for a refund.
