The expected delivery date is something eBay automatically upload and is an estimation only. It can be a couple of days longer if there are backlogs/delays in the area or during holidays, etc. So I kindly ask for your patience and understanding before resorting to opening a dispute after only a few days since the date of dispatch. For the larger items The free shipping is typically sent via tracked 48. This, of course, has a delivery aim of 2 working days from the dispatch date. For anything urgent, I also offer upgrades for a quicker service at the checkout such as Tracked 24, as well as special delivery, so for anything urgent, I'd recommend those shipping options, especially if it's planned to be a last minute gift or a purchase during the Christmas season.
