It is in excellent one owner condition BUT there is a slight chip or it's a manufacturer defect on the top left front corner of the pedestal. The material on the bottom of the pedestal can be removed, it's just goo so it does not fall over when displayed.There are no manufacturer name or markings that I can see. See all photos.
