The Swag design is part of a collection of Eggshell white kitchenware called Eggshell Buffet Service. This bean pot features the Swag pattern. Our lovely hard to find piece is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold damage. The decals are completely intact and are in great shape. Mark: Marked "HALLS SUPERIOR QUALITY KITCHENWARE MADE IN U.S.A." In gold lettering on the base. (please see the photo provided) Description / About: New England #4 Bean Pot: 6 3/4" H.- 8 1/4" W. Egg Shell Buffet Hall's Eggshell Buffet Service featured three different designs; Dot, Plaid, and Swag. Dot: The most frequently found color of Dot is red, but other color dots can be found in green, blue and orange. Generally the dots are found on an eggshell body, but some pieces with an ivory body are also available. Swag: The swag pattern is also fairly common. Quite a few pieces have been found with this pretty swag like decal and more still seem to be surfacing. There have been enough items found in Swag to decorate or accessorize a kitchen. Some of the pieces available in this Deco pattern are shakers, a teapot, an all china coffee server, mixing bowls, casseroles, onion soups, and a bean pot. This pretty decal is found in red. Plaid: Plaid is a fun and funky pattern which is formed with dark green, chartreuse green, and red lines criss - crossing each other in a grid or plaid like design. It is a great pattern but unfortunately there are not many items found sporting this pretty design. Collectors use pieces of Plaid as accent pieces.
