Description: Main tuning window (larger of two, center) This is from serial number HA 31202. The front panel is marked SX-28 A Bezel and glass and 3 screws. Supposed to be 4 screws. At some point, some black goo was added to the top inside edge of the front panel. This is the second radio I've seen that on. No idea what purpose. It's too splotchy to be waterproofing.
