After removal, clean mounting point with wire brush and degreaser, then re-apply fresh grease to the pivot points of the lever. Ensure that the Master Cylinder Actuator is properly seated! Do NOT over-tighten the Lever Bolts or Lock Nuts, they are not meant to be clamped down.
