The clip will mount horizontally but the knife may not balance well that way. Adjusting the spacer bar in the clip to fit the belt tightly may possibly help with horizontal carry but it depends a lot on the balance point of the knife itself. 3/4" eyelet spacing. For replacement of the leather sheath that comes with the knife. You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the leather sheath pristine. Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath.... Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully. The sheath only fits this particular model. As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form. NOTE: Kydex is a hard material that is normally used for outdoor carry. It will probably leave marking on the blade or handle of the knife so don't use it for collectible knives that you are trying to keep brand new. NOTE: you are buying one sheath.
