Description: Handcrafted Carved Bent Wood Furkin Bucket Signed Dave Baird Swing Handle Box This is a handcrafted carved bent wood furkin box or bucket that is signed at the bottom by maker, "Dave Baird '74". See my photo of the name carved into base. The furkin features a carved motif all around the sides and on the top of the lid that is an oak leaves and acorn pattern. This item measures 6 3/8" tall (not counting the handle) and is 10" tall with the bent wood handle in the up position. The handle will swing down to the side. The item is 6 1/2" diameter at the top and 7 1/4" diameter at the bottom. The furkin has a hinged lid with silver tone metal hinges and closure lock that feature a fleur de lis motif.
