Description: Roscoe's Stix Shillelaghs, Walking Stick, Staffs, and Primitive Weapons This listing is for Roscoe's made to order primitive arrows. These arrows are made for the traditional re-curve or longbow. Wooden archery arrows with real feather fletching, handmade and durable. Arrows can be cut to any length requested. Roscoe makes 36 inch arrows for the longer, larger arm. Roscoe's arrows are stone or bone tipped per request. Each stone tip is professionally flintknapped and is made to do the job. Each bone tip is hand-carved to a fine point. The fletching is carefully mounted. It is left long for the hunter to trim to his/her liking. The shaft is made from OAK. This hard wood has been the go-to for generations of archers. It is tried and true, and Roscoe is proud to present his craft in OAK. Everything is locked into place using sinew, just as our ancestors did. Standard lengths are 26, 28, 30, and 32 inches, however Roscoe can make them however long you want them. He personally uses a 36 inch arrow. We work hard to get it right and make sure your stick arrives undamaged. Sometimes the box is "not pretty," depending on the tools we have at the time, but it will always be safe harbor for your treasure to travel in! Returns Roscoe does not accept returns. This is a hobby craft for him. He also works a full-time job with overtime. Crafting these sticks is what he does in his evenings and on his weekend off days. Please understand if he can not respond to you immediately... chances are he is at work. This is something all people should understand. Please keep in mind, a lot of work goes into this craft. He starts off with a bare branch of a tree. Each stick can take up to 5 days to create. None of them will be perfect. None of them will be assembly line products. They are crafted one at a time by one human. It is a labor of love.
