Description: Harley Evolution Big Twin Rocker Box Cover Set (OEM Castings #17531-85A) We believe this is the second generation cover, distinguished by "-85A" casting number and the reinforcement casting ribs on the inside. In contrast, the "-84" casting had a limited number of reinforcement ribs. So these were likely designed to retain their shape, under heat, and less prone to warping. We suspect this version was used from 1985-91. We understand new part numbers were introduced in 1992. But please do your own research to verify correct use and fitment.We acquired these covers as a set, so we presume they are an original pair. Black paint is dated.
