If for some reason this item needs to be returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer will get to eat all shipping costs both ways.... so please know what you're buying. SHIPPING: - The shipping total you see includes: a box, bubble wrap, popcorn, tape and/or whatever it takes to create a properly packaged item, so your item arrives in the same condition as when it left my hands. - Due to all the fees/costs/time involved, I do not combine items when using eBay. - I only use my shipping accounts. - If your package gets lost or destroyed, you're covered for the total amount paid. - I plan on getting your package on a truck within 4 business days (sometimes quicker). If you pay for Second Day or Next Day Air, your package will be put in front of all other Ground shipments. If you are in a rush, talk to me before making your purchase, as I am out of town from time to time. - FedEx will require your signature at delivery, for any items that I value at $500 or more (even if you pay less and I feel the need to insure for $500). - FedEx will NOT deliver to a PO Box address, so please use a FedEx compatible address. - If you are in CA, NV or WA, then there's no need for purchase 2nd Day Air, as FedEx normally gets items to these states within 2 days. If you pay for it anyhow, then I'll put you in front of everyone else. - NO local pickups. I do not have a storefront for customers. OUTSIDE US SALES via USPS: - I will attempt to get your package on a truck within the 4 business days I ask for, but please be prepared for a slight delay, especially if I have to drive to the post office. - PLEASE provide your telephone number, as the USPS will want that on the paperwork. - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. - Russia and a few other countries require me to load up the goods, drive across town, stand in line and fill out two forms ... quite costly in time and gas. TAX: - All California shipments / residents are subject to a 8.25% sales tax (or whatever it is at the time of purchase). FEEDBACK: - When I use FedEx to ship your item, their system automatically gives you positive feedback. When I use the USPS, it does not.
