Description: Home made transcription recording from the radio of "1945 President Truman recorded speech on Navy Day." Record is in great condition, no skipping or cracks. Great WW2 relic. It's been in the sleeve for over 50 years, I believe. This speech is available online too (if you google it) & it lays out the new policy positions of a victorious United States and lays the groundwork for a new world order. Interesting historical record. The two holes in the middle of the record are for the spindle holes to keep the disc in a precise position as it records. I believe this is a 78 rpm record.
