Complete with no writing & no tape. Pages are browning, but not fragile. There is a 1” horizontal tear at the lower right edge of the book which goes through the entire book. Please see photos. A personal note: I researched this item & found that only 1 copy has been sold through Heritage Auctions back in 2013 as part of a lot with 2 other Golden Age promotional comics. The lot only sold for $66 back then. However, further research showed that CGC has never graded a copy, so aside from the one currently being sold by another eBay seller, I consider this item to be somewhat rare & of some historical value. While I realize that demand might not be strong, I would appreciate if buyers would respect that I am not interested in receiving the lowball offers that are constantly being sent despite my specifiying “No Offers.” Thank you. Will be shipped with additional insurance.
