The handle retracts perfectly and the wheels roll very nicely. It was only used a couple of times. There are a couple minor scratches on it. Typical use but otherwise looks new. It has two great inside features and elastic band hold your clothes in place on the right side, and then a zippered compartment on the left side all featuring hello Kitty lining design . This is an adorable little suitcase.
