Description: HO scale Athearn SDP-40 that is painted and lettered for the New York Central RR. The locomotive runs well forward and reverse. There is NO headlight. I have had a couple of larger (4 and 6 axle GPs and SDs and GE) locomotives damaged in shipping. To try to resolve the problem, I have put a wrap of blue painters tape around the motor and frame. You will need to remove the shell and remove the tape before use. The locomotive does come with an Athearn box that is in good condition. Please look over the pictures before buying. If you have any questions, PLEASE ask before buying. Normal shipping time is 1 to 2 days and I do combine on shipping.
