HO Atlas Kato Lehigh Valley Alco RS-3 Powered Diesel Locomotive LV #216

Description: Engine is in good condition. The walkways are a little dusty. Part of the front handrail is missing as shown in the photos. It was tested and ran good but is hesitant when running. It occasionally needs a little nudge to get started as well. I think the wheels need a good cleaning. Both headlights work. No box but it will be packed carefully. Please look at all photos.
