Hoppe's Universal Shot Gun Cleaning Kit w Original Hard Plastic Case True Vtg

Description: This is a true vintage (I would place it in the 1960's) Universal Shot Gun Cleaning Kit for all gauges (SGOU) from Hoppe's. This kit comes in it's original brown hard plastic case that is texture to resemble a wood grained finish. It comes with everything you see in the photos. There is an Aluminum Rod that consists of 3 pieces, a Handle and two aluminum rods. There are two slotted jags as well to be attached to the aluminum rods. If all four pieces were assembled at once, it would measure approximately 37 1/2 inches long. There is a 1 fluid ounce can of Hoppe's Lubricating Oil/High Viscosity Very Penetrating Oil, a 2 fluid ounce bottle off Hoppe's 9 Powder Solvent, a wire brush attachment for a .16 gauge riffle as well as a Shotgun Swab for a .16 gauge riffle. There is a package of Hoppe's Gun Cleaning Patches as well as a Hoppe's Wiper. Also included is the original Hoppe's Guide To Gun Cleaning. This 17 page booklet covers everything from The Effects of Wear on Firearms to various types of problems including Power Fouling, Metal Fouling, Moisture, Pitting, etc. Kit is pre-owned. Both the Wiper and the Gun Cleaning Patches have been opened. The packages of the .16 gauge swab and brush are open. However, they appear unused. Possibly package has opened due to age.
