Description: This is a New (other) halter because there are no tags on it. It was purchased and tried on a horse but never used. It's been in the tack room for a while and is a little dusty but not dirty. The halter has a black lining which is shown in the photos and a matching lead. The halter is adjustable on the crown piece and the chin strap.
