Description: Great looking sculpture, I am not an expert in this arena, so, please ask questions before bidding, this item is quite heavy, 62.5 lbs, again, I am available for anyone who wants to take a look in person, but I cannot make any guarantees as I do not know much about this type of art, the description below is what I found on the internet on a similar piece that was listed in the US. "Paul Dubois (18 July 1829 23 May 1905, also known by Dubois-Pigalle) was a French sculptor and painter from Nogent-sur-Seine. His works were mainly sculptures and statues, and he was also a portrait painter. The sculpture being offered for sale is the following: Military Courage reproduction, Mount Vernon, Baltimore" The base is 8" wide by 11" deep, however at it's widest point, which is the soldier's right elbow and the left hand, it is just over 11" wide, also the depth largest point, whis is the soldier's left knee to the back of his cape, is right around 12" and it sits right about 27" tall. It weighs 62.5 pounds. I did notice one cross piece of the sword handle, right next to the soldier's left hand nucles, is missing, likely broken off. Thank you for looking at my listing and please contact me with any questions prior to bidding.
