Description: This is for the 16th Annual Hummel Plate. Number Hum 279. "Playmates". This plate is one of 25 Annual Plates that Hummel produced. In 1971 on there 100th year they produced a plate Hum 21, Heavenly Angel that was received so well here in the US, they decided to make a Annual plate each year. It measure 7.5" in diameter. It has the TMK-6 Hummel Logo. Note: Stand not included. This Annual Plate has no cracks, chips, or crazing. M.I. Hummel is incised on the front right.
