Description: This is a Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter set up for 1971-1974 MOPAR B-body bench seat cars. I was going to use it for my 1971 Dodge Superbee bench seat car, but sold it years ago. It includes the Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter handle, mechanism, bench seat adapter, rods, and linkages. Additional bolts, washers, and cotter pins ARE NOT INCLUDED with this purchase: what is in the pictures is what is included in the sale. This is an appropriate setup for 1971 through 1974 Dodge and Plymouth B-body cars with bench seat. This includes Chargers, Roadrunners, Satellites and Sebrings. The shifter handle is in good, original condition and as far as I know has not been rechromed. The pistol grip wood-grain is worn from use and there is a chip where the thumb is placed; please see pictures for any and all signs of wear or tear. It appears that the shifter mechanism has been greased and rebuilt and the rods and linkages have been repainted at some point to help preserve their condition. Other than that, this setup seems original. It's an excellent candidate for full restoration or for use in a nice daily driver or survivor car with a similar patina. These setups are available new, but nice original examples are getting hard to find. Please research the needs of your particular vehicle and ensure this is correct for your car or project.
