Returns Terms Unopened Merchandise - You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Opened Merchandise - Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
